Meet Tim — Chief Product Officer and co-founder at ZeroEyes, a company using AI video analytics to detect visible weapons in real-time and instantly alert first responders. Their mission? To stop shootings before they happen—protecting schools, public spaces, and transit systems from potential tragedies. It’s AI being used where it matters most: saving lives.

The Challenge
Tim is a first-time CPO, having been the driving force behind the core solution at ZeroEyes. He brought deep technical expertise and strong leadership—but wanted to grow his product management skills and strategic thinking. That’s when ZeroeEyes teamed up with Product Insight.

Instead of just talking theory, we got hands-on and co-developed ZeroEyes’ 3-to-5-year product vision. Together, we dug into market trends, analyst insights, customer feedback, SWOT, and Win/Loss data—challenging assumptions and seeing the landscape through their customers’ eyes.
